• Lead the end-to-end development process for Salesforce projects.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other Salesforce development artifacts.
• Customize and extend standard Salesforce functionality to meet unique business needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit testing, code reviews, and participate in the overall quality assurance process to ensure best practices.
• Document technical specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams maintaining standardization, and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
• Utilize best practices for coding standards, deployment, and testing. Contribute to technical documentation.
• Utilize Apex, Flows, Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), and DevOps Tools.
• May work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
• Requires Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 5 years progressive experience.
• 5 years must include experience with Apex, Flows, Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), and DevOps Tools like Copado.
