Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got some questions. We’ve got some answers.

If you have a question that isn’t answered here, ask through our Contact Form and we’ll add it here for future reference.

Do I really need a Salesforce implementation partner?

The biggest complains from Salesforce users have to do with poor implementations, inadequate training, and lack of team adoption of the platform.

If you’re a great self-starter with little to no existing data who prefers to learn as they go and have a team of people identical to you, then you might be fine without an implementation partner. For everyone else, we recommend an implementation partner.

What if I don't know where to start?

Then you’re at the right place! Reach out to us through our contact form, and we can talk through getting you started on the platform. We’ll give you a roadmap of how we recommend you get started, and, even if you don’t move forward with us, you’ll have that to help guide you in your process.

Does your team work remotely or can you be on-site?

We can do both, though it usually depends on the nature of the work.

For most implementations and projects, we usually work remotely with the occasional on-site meeting or training session, though some implementations can be done completely remotely.

When it comes to staff augmentation, it can be mixed. If there’s space at your facility and important face-to-face interactions, we’re happy to be on-site. Some of our customers don’t have the space or don’t require those interactions, so we’re happy to work remotely.

Do you handle integrations with my organization's existing software?

Yes!

Well, most likely. As long as your existing software has an accessible API, we can make with work with Salesforce.

How much does it cost to implement Salesforce?

Answer #1: It depends on your implementation partner, your organization’s needs, and the scope of your use.

Answer #2: If you use us, it’s probably less than you’d think.

Because every implementation is different, we aren’t able to just quote a number here, but we’d be happy to have a conversation with you to talk about your needs, your budget, and if we might be a good fit.

How long does it take to implement Salesforce for my organization?

In our experience, the average Salesforce implementation takes 8-16 weeks, and that includes everything from customizing the platform to your needs, migrating your data, integrating with your systems, and training your team. In some cases, it can be longer than 16 weeks. In most cases, it’s in the middle of that range.

Do you work on Salesforce Classic or Salesforce Lightning?

Both!

Salesforce Classic is a legacy product, though it’s still in use with anyone who signed up for Salesforce Classic before 2018. Salesforce Lighting is the version all new accounts use.

Since our team has been working with Salesforce for years, we have experience with both versions of the Salesforce platform.
